A global business executive, public speaker, and university educator, she brings more than 20 years of senior management experience across multiple sectors, including the agri-food business. Patricia’s expertise spans project management, organizational culture, and strategic advisory work in trust-sensitive and high-risk environments. She was Alan Hilburg’s longtime partner in life and business and now serves as the steward and next-generation architect of his frameworks, advancing them through immersive masterclasses and selective advisory engagements with leaders and institutions navigating volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).
Luisa Schumacher is an executive strategist and designer whose work sits at the intersection of trust, innovation, and value creation. A former mentee of Alan Hilburg during her tenure at Ford Motor Company and Ford Philanthropy, she has spent more than 15 years helping leaders navigate complexity, prototype new models, and build enduring stakeholder trust. Her leadership includes stewarding multimillion-dollar philanthropic portfolios, architecting award-winning initiatives, and shaping enterprise design-for-trust strategy at Ford. Today, Luisa works at the frontier of AI, design thinking, and multi-stakeholder value creation, extending the Hilburg legacy through her entrepreneurial ventures and advisory practice.
